• To operate the website, waitlist, calculator, statement upload, and card comparison features.

Where Information Is Stored

• Waitlist emails, card click activity, and statement upload records are stored in ClearFin's Supabase-hosted database.
• Uploaded statement files are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket named statement_uploads. The website does not expose public file download links.
• Access to stored emails, upload records, and statement files is restricted to ClearFin's authorized Supabase access and server-side systems.

How We Share Information

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We may share limited information with trusted service providers, including hosting, database, file storage, analytics, email, scheduling, and security providers that help us operate ClearFin.
• We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate security or fraud concerns.

Your Choices

• You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational requirements.
• You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those messages or by contacting us directly.
• You can choose not to provide optional calculator inputs, but some comparison features may be less useful without them.

Security And Retention

• We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
• Uploaded statement files are stored in private storage and are not intended to be publicly accessible through the website.
• No website, email, storage system, or internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid uploading information unless it is needed for the feature you are using.
• We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this statement, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
